Housing Board Haryana has constructed 4392 houses of various category in different sector’s of Gurgaon.At present construction of 516 houses is under progress in Sector-9, 42 & 52, Gurgoan.  Housing Board Haryana is constructing Vishkarma Institute of houses Settlement Management Research, Sector-44, Gurgaon. This building will have a covered area of 34000 Sq. ft. spread over four stories & double basement for parking. Another building for Hostel & office block at Saraswati Vihar, M.G. Road, Gurgaon having covered area 34000 Sq. ft. with basement + GF parking + FF office & 2nd & 3rd Hostel is under construction. Housing Board Haryana recently completed multi storied Housing project consisting of 256 Nos. deluxe flat in Sector 43 Gurgaon. Each flats has 3BHK+servant room. This is a environment friendly projects of Housing Board Haryana in which AAC block (Flyash block) have been used for construction, Solar water heating system has been provided to provide hot water to the flats & rain water harvesting system has been installed to recharge the ground water.
